Thank you for supporting  HARLEM WIZARDS VS. CHESTER BULLDOGS!!!!!

On Sunday, April 26, 2009, The Educational Foundation of the Chesters featured

the world-famous Harlem Wizards Basketball Team and
took on the elementary teachers of Chester. 

We had a sold out crowd and made over $10,000 for our schools!

Thanks to our generous supporters for making this a huge success:  Bubb, Grogan & Cocca, LLP, The Publick House, Sneaker Barn, and Xercise

Also thanks to all those who volunteered, teacher players, teachers that came to watch and support their peers and all the community that came.  A huge thank you to Nancy Romano for chairing the event and all the other foundation members who dedicated their time to ensure a successful event.

We appreciate all the help from the peer leaders from BRMS, parents, and Mendham High School for hosting this event.

We thank those of you who have supported the Educational Foundation of the Chester in the past and look forward to your continued support this year.  We invite those new to the school district to explore the myriad of ways you too can help.

The Educational Foundation meets monthly. 

Our 2008-2009 meeting dates are as follows at the Black River Middle School, media center at 7:30pm starting

Nov 4,  Nov 11, Jan 13, Feb 20, March 3, March 10, April 14, May 5, May 12, and June 9th.

Attendance is not mandatory to volunteer.
